The Merchandise Stand Doesn't Have My Item! What Do I Do?

We're so sorry this happened! Unfortunately, this situation can occur; however, Sidestep and the artists merchandise team do our best to make sure your items are available for your show. 

If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, Sidestep will refund you in full for any item(s) you didn’t receive, or you can substitute for an item of equal value at the merchandise stand.
